Why would I specify clip-rail, and not one of the other systems?

Why would I NOT specify clip-rail, but one of the other systems?

"j-rail is better if you need to hang very heavy stuff e.g. Big mirrors with big frames. i.e. anything over say 20 kg (45 lbs)"
